Polycrystalline Silicon
Application:

It is an extremely important and good semiconductor material, the raw material for producing monocrystalline silicon and solar cell, and the cornerstone of the world's electronics industry and photovoltaic industry
Characteristics:

It is a form of monatomic silicon, with gray and metallic luster. Density: 2.32-2.34; melting point: 1410 ℃; boiling point: 2355 °C. It is soluble in the mixed acid of hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid, but does not dissolve in water, nitric acid and hydrochloric acid. Its hardness is between germanium and quartz; it is brittle at room temperature, and easy to break at the time of cutting. When it is heated to above 800 ℃ , it becomes ductile, and shows obvious deformation at 1300 ℃. It is not active at room temperature, but reacts with oxygen, nitrogen, and sulfur at high temperatures. In melting state at high temperatures, it has large chemical activity, and can react with almost any materials.
Parameter Range:

Various whole series of products: Silicon block linear size is between 3-350mm;
Standards:

SEMI (International Semiconductor Equipment Industry Association), ASTM (American) and other technical standards.
